Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Refund Process

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

  • Orders shipped to the European Union qualify for a 14-day cancellation period.
  • During this period, you can cancel or return your order for any reason.
  • Items must meet the same return conditions: unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective, damaged, or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
